DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS BEING HANDMADE, THE TIME AND EFFORT THAT GOES INTO MAKING YOUR ROSE ARRANGEMENT AND FOR SANITARY PURPOSES THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ALL OF OUR ROSE ARRANGEMENTS (INCLUDING THE FLOWER WALLS AND GALAXY ROSE ARRANGEMENTS). IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ARRANGEMENT, WE WILL GLADLY REPLACE IT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE OF DELIVERY. PLEASE SEND PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGES TO OUR SUPPORT TEAM AT AFLORALDESIGNSCS@GMAIL.COM.

ALL OTHER NOVELTY AND GIFTS (GALAXY ROSE, ENCHANTED ROSE, ROSE BEAR)

  1. THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED WITHIN THE LAST 14 DAYS.

  2. THE PRODUCT IS UNOPENED AND IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

    PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM WHEN IT'S DELIVERED.

PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN.
